China Steel Price May 15, 2024

SteelHome (China) Steel Price Index (SHCNSI) was 97.36 points (4,211 yuan) on May 15, 2024, down 0.22 point (10 yuan) from the previous trading day.

Construction steel: 20mm HRB400 rebar averaged at 3,708 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 13 yuan/t from previous trading day.

Medium plate: 20mm Q235 medium plate price averaged at 3,907 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 4 yuan/t from previous trading day.

HRC: 5.75mm Q235 HRC average price was 3,811 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 10 yuan/t from previous trading day.

CRC: Average price of 1.0mm SPCC CRC was 4,345 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 8 yuan/t from previous trading day.
